Quoted Price:

The quoted price on our website includes UK Taxes and Shipping Costs to your door in UK mainland.

The prices on the website may change without notice.

Terms of payment:

Payment in Advance keeps our relationship uncomplicated. We therefore require full payment of the invoice for order confirmation. 

Unfortunately we cannot process your order any further until payment is received. We will however keep your order on file for 1 calendar month after which your order will expire.

Ownership of any product rests with Tick Tock Time until paid in full. 

Money back guarantee:

If, as a customer of ours you are dissatisfied with our service, we will repay your money already paid towards purchasing this product from us, including bank charges incurred by you in this respect.

If the product is already en route or in the possession of the customer/purchaser/recipient, we will request that it be sent back to us first, before any money is reimbursed to the customer/purchaser/recipient. In this case we may charge you for return transport costs.

Transport:

We guarantee safe delivery of your clock as ordered to your room of preference. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you suspect damage of your purchase during transport.

Product Returns: 

If you are dissatisfied with a product received from us, you may return it for another product or reimbursement within 7 days of receiving the product. Simply notify us within this period, and return the product to us as long as it is in the original packing, and in a condition as received, ready for re-use. We may charge you for return transport fees. Once we receive the product in the abovementioned condition, we will reimburse you, including bank charges incurred by you in this respect.

Limited Warrantee:

All the products in our online clock shop carry a limited warranty of 2-years.

Tick Tock Time trading as grandfatherclocks.co.uk warrants to the original purchaser or recipient that the product is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. Tick Tock Time’s obligation under this warrantee shall be limited to repairing the product with new or renewed components, or, in its discretion, replacing it with a new or renewed product. This warrantee does not include damage to the product or components resulting from abuse, accident, alteration, climatic or environmental conditions, damage beyond normal use, freight damage, mishandling, misuse, or unauthorized repair.

Tick Tock Time trading as grandfatherclocks.co.uk will however repair the product with new or renewed components, or, in its discretion, replace it with a new or renewed product if it is damaged during delivery from us or our agents to the original purchaser or recipient.
